ALL RESERVATIONS AT THIS HOTEL AND OUR SECONDARY HOTEL MUST BE MADE THROUGH INTELNET AND JIM CARINO.

Intelnet will need to handle all the funding for both room reservations and registration fees as the Italian finance system would place an overly cumbersome burden and fees if handled otherwise. To do this, all who are planning on attending need to provide their credit card number and expiry dates plus dates of arrival for hotel booking purposes to Jim Carino. Also, for Sorrento only (not Rome) - all will need to forward payment in the amount of $150.00 per person with checks made out to Intelnet. Sandra needs to make substantial advance payments by the end of October for several of the social program. This will be $150 less for the total registration fee which will be due much later.

All will be notified if/when the credit cards will be charged and the amount. It will not be before October at the earliest. We need to guarantee all rooms by the end of October. Refunds and cancellations of course, upon request. Hotel policies are 60 days prior.
Please do not delay responding if you are planning on coming. Sorrento is a top tourist spot and rooms anywhere may be difficult to secure after the new year.
